I'm getting VAC can't verify my game session error.

After the latest update, i only got 10 fps in game, loss: 15%, choke 3% with legit bot. Before this update I have around 90fps. Please optimise.

If you open your task manager, you probably notice there's a russian software running, if you disable it, you will get better fps.
