New version of FET loader
ManualMap and LoadLibrary injection methods are supported (for each cheat in settings, the optimal injection method is set)
This new version has also auto-update for cheats and the loader too

Now, if the user has Windows 10 2009 / 20H2 detected, he will be prompted to (re-) install Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages for the injection to work
