AFAIK There is no OTC v4 only OT v4.
Users who claim to have OTC v4 are known to be sub-human species often believed to have been descended from fish due to their average IQ of -1 which make them say things like "HAHAHA OTC v4 > Skeet LMAO nn" after baiming you in the leg in an HvH server.

In my opinion OT v4 is the best public cheat out there.
skeet, neverlose, nemesis, rifk7, etc are private cheat.
that means u need some1 to invite to their forum to be able to buy them (because they are P2C )
And don't fall for scammers claiming to sell nemesis skeet or any invite cuz they are not real.
The best way to get invited is to make friends who are in the cheat and if they consider that u are cool they will 100% invite u
and if u make friends that they have private cheat don't ask them for invite at least not so obvious. Just ask them for friendly 1v1 and after u lose say something like "Man i with to have a private cheat too."(after u know him/them for 3-4 months)
