Consumer protection​

Every seller who posts a thread with selling software on this forum must observe the following rules. Claims against software sellers are solved in arbitration privately. In the case of a conflict between the software user agreement (ToS) and the forum rules, the conflicting points of the software user agreement (ToS) are invalid.

Possible reasons for a refund:

• a product description is not true;
• complete or partial nonworking of the software when it is not the fault of the buyer;
• invalid software status in the thread at the time of purchase;
• non-execution obligations for a customer by software authors.

The seller must do a refund to a customer if:

• the customer had bought a software license on a period that was bigger than one day, and the software became unworkable for any reason during the first day from the moment of purchase, including a condition that the problems have not been resolved within one calendar month from the moment when software has become unworkable.

Rules for software placement​

For any software represented on the forum, it is prohibited to sell licenses for more than seven days without the prior approval of the administration. The seller or software that has not previously been presented on the forum or does not inspire confidence in the administration must be tested following the forum's rules. The seller is fully responsible for the software posted by him. To conduct business, the user must have paid group — Seller. The seller must update the software status promptly, maintain its accurate description and provide full technical support. At the first request of the administration, the seller is obliged to provide access to the software resources available to the consumer. To violate the rules for placing software, the seller may be applied to penalties up to a lifetime ban on the forum. The administration determines the penalty based on the severity of the violation and/or other circumstances privately.

Software verification​

The seller can not refuse to pass the software verification for any reason. If the seller refuses to pass the software verification, the seller will be prohibited from doing business on the forum. If you oppose software verification, either try to fake verification results, you will be restricted in selling any software. If a forum staff member doubts the quality of the software, he may ask you for some additional information (part of source code, etc.). The administration has the right to refuse to place software on the forum without giving any reasons.

The seller must provide the following items to do the software verification:

• full access to the software;
• an account with the game in which the software will be verified;
• workable spoofer if it will be needed.
