Guide Vitamins Part 1 - Escape From Tarkov

Hi everyone! Today, walkthrough of the quest Vitamins part 1 in EFT for Skier. Completing tasks in Escape From Tarkov is an important part of the game, and in this article, I offer you to discuss the walkthrough of the Skier questline. Useful tips and tactics will help you successfully finish the quest, get rewards, and minimize risks. People need vitamin B to live happily, and you guys need to complete this task successfully. So, I'm going to start! :)​

Quest Vitamins Part 1 - Escape From Tarkov​

First of all, you need to be level 22 to start and complete this quest in Escape from Tarkov. You don't need any private or free software to complete this mission.

What are the objectives of this quest?​

1. You need to find and hand over the first chemical container on the Shoreline map.
2. Find and hand over the second chemical container on Interchange map.
3. Find and hand over the third chemical container on Interchange.

What rewards do you receive after completing the Vitamins Part 1?​

• 13000 experience points;
• +0.05 rep with Skier;
• -0.01 reputation with Jaeger;
• 40000/42000/46000 roubles depending on the level of the intelligence center;

New products on the market:

• 3x Holosun HS401G5 reflex sight;
• 2x Trijicon SRS-02 reflex sight.

How to complete Vitamins Part 1 in Escape From Tarkov:​

• Location: Shoreline

This quest is very similar to EFT Chemical 1.

Firstly, to complete Vitamins on the Shoreline, the first key is seen at the health resort. You need to visit the bus station on Shoreline. In the central yellow bus, on one of the seats, the key we need, spawns. The scheme of Shoreline map and also health resort west wing office is down below.

Next, we go to the sanatorium area, head to the resort west wing office rooms, and to the first floor. Enter through the doors near the Ural vehicle. We need room 112 right away.
Then, open the fridge in the room — and legends says, that there you’ll find and obtain the first container of EFT Vitamins part 1 we need.

• Location: Interchange

The second key is located in the Emergency Ministry medical center.
It spawns at the new gas station, in the ambulance car near the Factory Gate exit, next to the bridge.
You need to climb inside, crouch, and on the edge of the seat (chair), the key we need will be there.

The third key is located nearby, in the MANTIS Tarkov store.

1. Two containers were seen at the Ultra mall. So head to the shopping centre, find the Emergency Ministry pavilion.
2. Enter through the central entrance, run along the main alley, and you’ll immediately stumble upon MANTIS Tarkov mall (opposite Brutal Shop).
3. Go inside, head to the far wall behind the Ministry of Emergency display stands, and in one of the tents (the left corner one), you’ll find the 2nd container we need.
4. Next, run to the mall Emercom Medical Unit itself, which is located nearby. It requires to unlock office door via the previously found key. The third container can be found in the middle of the room.

Of course your player need to stay alive and that's all to successfully complete the quest you need.
